Love avocados too…but don’t love what happens to the half you don’t eat?
It’s annoying, isn’t it? You don’t want to eat a whole one but no matter what you do, that gorgeous, perfect avocado will be less than pristine after a day or two in the refrigerator.
Everyone has their tricks that work…more or less (often less so). But have a look at this video and the results of 5 different techniques for storing that avocado half.
My trick? I remove the pit, coat the surface with olive oil (especially the center) and place the cut side down onto a small plate. Next day, perfect.
